Kamala Harris’ CNN Town Hall performance in Pennsylvania was such a disaster that Democrats are now lashing out at Anderson Cooper for asking follow-up questions as the moderator of the event. In other words, Harris loyalists are enraged that Cooper did his job.
During a tense exchange with Charlemagne Tha God and Angela Rye, Cooper said he “came across this whole inundation from people who are Harris supporters saying to me online ‘How dare you! What a betrayal that you would ask her these questions.’”
To his credit, Cooper, along with the undecided voters in the audience, did ask Harris relatively tough questions on the very issues voters say they care a great deal about, including immigration, foreign policy and the economy. But she appeared unprepared and ultimately performed poorly.
